The following changes have been introduced to Dr.Web Security Space, Dr.Web Anti-virus, Dr.Web Desktop Security Suite and Dr.Web Anti-virus 10.0 for Windows Servers:
- In the Dr.Web Control Center, the way of handling permissions to restart the system after critical anti-virus updates have been applied has been altered: a system reboot can no longer be initiated under a standard user account.
- A SpIDer Agent for Windows issue involving anti-virus network notifications has been resolved.
- A host of Dr.Web Net filtering Service defects have been corrected:
- The cause of some XML files transferred via FTP becoming corrupted has been eliminated;
- A defect resulting in the contents of emails being damaged during processing by Microsoft Outlook (while MDaemon Outlook Connector is installed in the system) has been corrected;
- The cause of the component’s abnormal termination at system start-up has been eliminated. - Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API errors causing the module to fail while files are being scanned have been eliminated.
- Changes made to the Dr.Web Scanning Engine include the following:
- RAM consumption during anti-rootkit scanning has been reduced;
- The RAM scanning routine has been upgraded;
- A memory leak issue has been resolved.
- An update mirror defect in Dr.Web Updater has been corrected.
- The Dr.Web SysInfo routine for collecting information on operating system and Dr.Web software activities has been upgraded.
- The following changes have been made to the component Dr.Web Protection for Windows:
- The system for protecting Dr.Web processes has been improved;
- Routines for detecting Trojan.Inject malware have been enhanced;
- An issue involving the BSOD appearing while playing Lineage 2 has been eliminated.
- Dr.Web Net Filter for Windows issues involving the operation of WinRT applications have been resolved.
- Also corrected were translation errors.
The following changes have been introduced to Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite:
- In the Dr.Web Control Service:
- An issue involving incorrect information being transmitted about the removal of the anti-spam plugin has been resolved;
- The way of handling permissions to perform a system restart after critical anti-virus updates have been applied has been altered: a system reboot can no longer be initiated under a standard user account;
- A task scheduler timer issue that prevented tasks from being performed in a timely manner has been resolved. - Some routines in SpIDer Agent for Windows have been redesigned.
- A host of Dr.Web Net filtering Service defects have also been corrected:
- The cause of some XML files transferred via FTP becoming corrupted has been eliminated;
- A defect resulting in the contents of emails being damaged during processing by Microsoft Outlook (while MDaemon Outlook Connector is installed in the system) has been corrected;
- The cause of the component’s abnormal termination at system start-up has been eliminated.

- Also corrected were translation errors.
Changes made to Dr.Web 9.0 for MS Exchange include the following:
- Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API defects causing the component to terminate abnormally during file scanning have been corrected.
- A memory leak issue in Dr.Web Scanning Engine has been resolved.
- Some routines in Dr.Web Updater have been upgraded.
The update will be performed automatically; however, a system reboot will be required.
