Doctor Web presents its December 2016 overview of malware for mobile devices. In the past month, Doctor Web’s security researchers found a Trojan that infected Android system libraries, injected itself into application processes, and covertly installed other programs. In addition, December was marked by the emergence of Trojans preinstalled on dozens of Android devices models. The Trojans also downloaded and installed unwanted applications.
