From now on, demo licenses are available for 90 or 30 days (in the latter case, you don't need to enter your personal information to get a key file). Demo licenses are issued once a year per user.
In light of this change, the Registration Wizard's routines have been modified. It should be noted that a demo key can only be used on the machine that was used to obtain it.
The update eliminates a bogus warning about an extension of unknown origin appearing, in the event a DMG file was downloaded via the browser.
Also fixed was a defect that would cause the anti-virus to disregard scan exceptions.
In addition, Dr.Web for Mac OS X now supports Chinese Simplified.
To update Dr.Web for Mac OS X to version 9.0.2, download the package from the website and install the application on top of the previously installed version or after its removal.
