Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated Dr.Web Control Service (11.5.10.08200), Dr.Web Device Guard for Windows (11.05.02.09140), the Dr.Web Net Filter for Windows driver (11.1.10.09130), the Dr.Web Shellguard anti-exploit module (11.05.01.09120), and Dr.Web Hypervisor (11.1.0.201809130) in Dr.Web Security Space 11.5, Dr.Web Anti-virus 11.5, Dr.Web Anti-virus 11.5 for Windows File Servers, and Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 11.0. Dr.Web Net Filter for Windows driver and Dr.Web Shellguard anti-exploit module have also been updated in Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 10.1 and Dr.Web AV-Desk 10.1. In addition, Dr.Web Firewall for Windows (11.5.4.09131) has been updated in Dr.Web Security Space 11.5, Dr.Web Anti-virus 11.5, and Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 11.0. Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 11.0 has also had its ES Service (11.5.8.09181) and Dr.Web Enterprise Agent for Windows setup (11.5.4.09170) updated. The update resolves known issues and delivers minor upgrades.

Changes made to Dr.Web Device Guard for Windows:

• a defect that could result in a system crash (BSOD) when the BadUSB vulnerable device notification option was enabled has been corrected;
• an issue that could cause Explorer to freeze when removable media was being connected to a protected computer has been resolved;
• an issue involving devices not being added to the whitelist properly (with read-only permission when a specific bus class was blocked) has been eliminated.

Changes made to Dr.Web Net Filter for Windows driver:

• a defect that could cause a system crash (BSOD) when third-party network-traffic-filtering software was present on a protected computer has been corrected;

Changes made to the Dr.Web Shellguard anti-exploit module:

• a problem causing false positives to occur during the viewing of Amazon Prime and Netflix videos via Google Chrome browser has been resolved.

Changes made to Dr.Web Hypervisor:

• a problem that could cause a system crash (BSOD) has been resolved

Changes made to Dr.Web Firewall for Windows:

• the causes behind the possible abnormal termination of the firewall during Windows XP shutdowns have been eliminated.

The update will be performed automatically; however, a system reboot will be required.
