New version of Dr.Web for Linux hits beta

The anti-virus includes a new background scan component Dr.Web Unix SpIDer Guard that allows performing anti-virus check in a real time without a significant increase of the system load. The control centre allows configuring the scanning depth and creating custom scanning profiles. The solution also features the system for updating of virus database and software components of the anti-virus.
The new version also offers users a single quarantine that allows restoring quarantined files if necessary and limiting the size of the quarantine. Dr.Web for Linux also features a customizable notifications system and supports sound notifications.
