Dr.Web CureIt! 9.0 updated

Doctor Web has updated its curing utility Dr.Web CureIt! 9.0. The update delivers fixes an identi9fied issue and provides some upgrades.

In particular, it corrects the defect that might cause error 1722 when one started scanning.

In addition, it increases the utility's launch speed.
