Updates issued for Dr.Web Net Filtering Service and installation scripts in Dr.Web products 8.0 for Windows

In particular, it fixes an error that might result in the abnormal termination of the Dr.Web Net Filtering Service.
Also fixed is an error that occurred when, following Dr.Web’s removal, information about the product wasn't being deleted from the Windows Security Center.
The update will be downloaded and installed automatically.
