Agent software updated in Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 12.0

Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated the ES Service (12.5.5.03310) and amsi-client (12.5.3.202003270) modules in Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite agent software 12.0. The update resolves known issues and delivers upgrades.

Changes made to the ES Service:

• An issue involving the Office Control profile names in Cyrillic fonts has been resolved;
• Also eliminated was a problem that could cause the Office Control to block access to whitelisted devices; and
• Finally, another Office Control defect that could cause general protected directories settings to be deleted if the settings were changed in the agent software has been corrected.

Changes made to the amsi-client:

• Malicious script detection routines have been enhanced.

The update will be downloaded and installed automatically.
