Dr.Web for macOS updated to version 11.1.4

Specifically, now Dr.Web for macOS only shows notifications about detected threats. Alerts about access being blocked to unwanted sites are no longer displayed.
To update Dr.Web for macOS to version 11.1.4, users need to download the new distribution.
