Dr.Web Mobile Control Center for Android updated to version 11.1.1

Android support:
- Android versions below 4.1 are no longer supported;
- The Control Center now supports Android 9.0.
Resolved issues:
- A problem involving the application's abnormal termination on Android tablets that could occur when Back was tapped in the notification settings window;
- A defect causing the application to terminate abnormally when a group was being changed for a host in the newbies group;
- A problem allowing the subscription package and group to be changed for a Dr.Web server-approved host if the host was in offline mode while the approval was being granted.
In addition, the repository list of product titles has been updated.
