Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 11.0 components updated

July 2, 2018

Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated the Dr.Web Enterprise Agent for Windows setup (11.5.1.06260) module, Es Service (11.5.1.06265), and Lua-script for es-service (11.5.0.06010) in Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 11.0. The update resolves known software issues.

Specifically, it addresses an issue involving domain name suffixes that could prevent the Agent from connecting to the server if the latter’s address was indicated using a NetBIOS name.

Also resolved was an issue that could arise if the Agent was removed with its settings intact and subsequently reinstalled. As a result, incorrect information about the agent could be transmitted to the server from the offline cache—now the cache gets cleared.

The update will be performed automatically; however, a system reboot will be required.
