A Trojan on Google Play, spyware, and other events: January 2018 mobile virus activity review

Doctor Web presents its January 2018 overview of malware for mobile devices. Over the past month, almost 30 games with an embedded Trojan were also detected on Google Play. In addition, a new Android banker and a mining Trojan were spread in January. Also in January, the Dr.Web virus database was updated with several entries for detecting dangerous spyware.
