Dr.Web Virus-Finding Engine updated

July 6, 2016

Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated its Dr.Web Virus-Finding Engine (7.00.20.07041) in Dr.Web Security Space and Dr.Web Anti-virus v. 6-11, Dr.Web Desktop Security Suite, Dr.Web Server Security Suite, Dr.Web Mail Security Suite, Dr.Web Gateway Security Suite, the Dr.Web AV-Desk Internet service, the Dr.Web CureIt! and Dr.Web CureNet! utilities, and Dr.Web LiveDisk—the system emergency repair software. The update delivers a fix of an identified defect.

Specifically, it resolves an issue that in some cases might result in deletion of clean files by the Dr.Web 6.0 anti-virus scanner for Windows.

The update will be downloaded and installed automatically.
