Doctor Web presents its March 2016 overview of malware for mobile devices. In the past month, Doctor Web security researchers detected an adware Trojan that affected some popular Android applications and firmware of several dozens of mobile devices. Later in March, more than 100 Google Play apps were found to contain an advertising spyware. Moreover, Doctor Web specialists examined dangerous Trojans able to inject themselves into an Android system process and into processes of running applications.
