The television and radio broadcasting company from a city of Bratsk in Irkutsk region of Russia that provides access to the Internet among many other things has successfully deployed Dr.Web AV-Desk. Bratsk is a large industrial city with the developed infrastructure and population 256,6K. Since August 2008 its residents using services from Teleos-1 get reliable protection against viruses and other malware.
Technical staff of Teleos-1 decided on using Dr.Web AV-Desk in summer 2008 aiming to get efficient protection against malware and spam for subscribers of the company in Irkutsk region.
“We chose Dr.Web anti-virus protection because of its perfect price and quality ratio. It also fulfilled all our technical requirements.”, Vladimir Vashchenko, the manager of the advertisement department of Teleos-1 said.
Technical staff of Teleos-1 also appreciated the simplicity of deployment, flexible configuration of the software and automatic updating system that save a lot of time to subscribers. The service is enabled in the personal area of a subscriber where he can also choose a term of subscription (1, 3 or 6 months).
An anti-virus service from a provider is still something entirely new in Irkutsk region. That’s why the management of the company decided on giving it a free test run for subscribers of unlimited tarriffs till the end of August, 2008.
