Components updated in Dr.Web 11.0

October 29, 2015

Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated Dr.Web Net filtering Service (11.0.1.10210), Dr.Web Scanning Engine (11.0.1.201510200), the (11.0.1.10210), configuration scripts (11.0.0.10160, 11.0.0.10220) and the library arkdb.bin (201510210) in Dr.Web Security Space and Dr.Web Anti-virus 11.0. The update resolves known software issues.

In particular, it corrects a defect that could cause the Dr.Web Scanning Engine to terminate abnormally during scanning.

Firewall errors that prevented Mail App from retrieving emails in the background mode and prevented users from logging into the Xbox application have been corrected. Both issues were relevant to PCs running Windows 10.

The update will be performed automatically; however, a system reboot will be required.
