Components in Dr.Web 10.0 products for Windows and in Dr.Web AV-Desk 10.0 updated
July 27, 2015
Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated the Dr.Web plug-in for Microsoft Outlook (10.0.6.201507130) in Dr.Web Security Space and Dr.Web Anti-virus 10.0, Dr.Web Desktop Security Suite 10.0 supporting centralised administration and in the Internet-service Dr.Web AV-Desk 10.0. Also updated were the component Dr.Web Enterprise Suite System Health Agent Information (9.00.0.20140604) in Dr.Web Desktop Security Suite and Dr.Web AV-Desk Agent for Windows setup (10.0.1.07020) in Dr.Web AV-Desk. The update delivers fixes for known issues in the applications.
In particular, it addresses the following problems in the component Dr.Web AV-Desk Agent for Windows setup: A defect that might result in absence of notifications about a required system restart or agent 6.2. updating being in progress on machines running Windows XP has been corrected. If automatic agent data updating fails, users are now prompted to initiate installation manually. In addition, an Agent 6.2. updating issue that might occur if the installer was launched manually, has been fixed.
The Dr.Web Anti-virus service software, as well as the other Dr.Web applications listed above, will be updated automatically.
