UI tweaks improve the applications' appearance in the Mac OS X 10.10 environment. The application preparation procedure performed after the product is first launched has been simplified.
Several upgrades improve the interaction between Dr.Web for Mac OS X and the Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite server.
Now the anti-virus can use the Dr.Web Cloud to obtain up-to-date information about threats from Doctor Web's servers in real time.
It is also able to scan SSL traffic.
With the optimised GateD traffic interception routine, the application won't intercept traffic if the remote server is unavailable.
Known product issues have also been resolved. In particular, the problem causing the application to freeze when a Time Machine archive is removed from removable media has been eliminated. Applications can now also be excluded from SpIDer Gate scanning.
Please remember that users who purchase the product can enjoy free use of Dr.Web for Android, Symbian OS, and Windows Mobile.
