Siberian IT Forum awards gold to Dr.Web CureNet!

The Russian anti-virus vendor Doctor Web was awarded the Big golden medal of the Siberian IT Forum as a Software and IT-systems developer. The award has been brought to the company by its Dr.Web CureNet! – the product designed to centrally scan and cure computers in a local network of any size when an installed anti-virus fails.

Even though not released officially at that point of time, Dr.Web CureNet! had already attracted interest of prospective customers. Its centralized non-intrusive scanning and compatibility with other information security solutions make the new product quite appealing to system administrators and top managers of various companies. Forty past from the launch of its official beta-testing Dr.Web CureNet! already gained a wide popularity showing that many IT specialists understand practicality of a second anti-virus security layer.

The presentation of Dr.Web CureNet! became one of the most notable events of the Siberian IT forum that traditionally draws in IT companies from all-over Russia. The Big golden medal awarded to Doctor Web confirmed relevance and the innovative nature of the new solution.
