Dr.Web server software for UNIX updated to version and Dr.Web Office Shield upgraded to version 7.0

Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated Dr.Web for Unix Server, Dr.Web for Internet Gateways Unix, Dr.Web for Unix Mail Servers and Dr.Web for Novell Storage Services to version as well as appliance Dr.Web Office Shield to version 7.0. The new versions of the products incorporate the upgraded Dr.Web Updater.

The fine-tuned Dr.Web Updater makes updating Dr.Web software more secure.

To update Dr.Web for Unix installed from the repository, use your package manager. If you installed Dr.Web using a universal package, download the updated distribution and reinstall the application.

To install the update for Dr.Web Office Shield, use the corresponding option in the Software Update section of the appliance's web administration interface.
