Doctor Web, Ltd. – the Russian developer of IT security tools branded Dr.Web – releases an the Active Directory installer for Dr.Web Enterprise Suite 4.44.3
Dr.Web Enterprise Suite protects workstations of a corporate network against viruses and spam. It is a unique software featuring a centralized management tool that allows to administer anti-virus and anti-spam protection of workstations and servers under Microsoft Windows for a company of any size.
The new installer allows using Active Directory to install anti-virus agents to workstations. An administrative installation enables choosing between installing the software on all computers of a domain or to specify particular machines which saves a lot of time to a system administrator.
An installation can be performed using a command line as well as the GUI. For more details on installation using Active Directory see “Installing the Agent software through Active Directory” section of the manual.
