Installer in Dr.Web 8.0 products for Windows updated

December 12, 2012

Doctor Web has updated the installer for its Dr.Web Security Space and Dr.Web Anti-virus 8.0 for Windows. The update resolves known issues with the component.

In particular, an error that made it impossible to simultaneously reinstall SpIDer Mail, SpIDer Gate, Parental Control and Anti-spam has been fixed.

In addition, the update fixes an error that could cause system crashes when a directory in the key file browse dialogue was being accessed.

Also resolved was an issue related to certain parameters being absent in generated anti-virus configuration files.

The update will be downloaded and installed automatically.
