Doctor Web updated the Dr.Web scanner and HTTP monitor of Dr.Web Security Space and Dr.Web anti-virus 5.0 for Windows.

The update improves operation of the Dr.Web scanner and HTTP monitor. The scanner has become even better at detection of rootkits that evade detection by anti-viruses so Dr.Web Security Space and Dr.Web anti-virus 5.0 for Windows are able to detect all new types of the malware.

The update also resolves the issue of compatibility between the single-user Dr.Web anti-viruses and Jetico Personal Firewall and fixes minor errors.

The update also corrects operation of the HTTP monitor making Dr.Web Security Space and Dr.Web anti-virus 5.0 for windows compatible with Vodafone Mobile Connect software.

The update is available on all updating servers of Doctor Web and will be downloaded to computers protected with Dr.Web Security Space and Dr.Web anti-virus 5.0 for Windows.
