Single-user Dr.Web products 7.0 for Windows updated

This update resolves a compatibility issue that arose between the Dr.Web Net Filter component and the application Prio - Process Priority Saver.
The update will be automatically downloaded by the anti-viruses, but applying it will require a system reboot.
