In this new version, users can change their subscription packages by means of group operations, as well as transition from promotional packages to the basic package when their balance is low. Furthermore, the new version has eliminated a number of limitations placed on subscriber billing during a grace period, and the subscription packages’ import performance has been improved. Moreover, the previous version’s bugs that occurred in the Subscription Control Center when operating with W1 and IntellectMoney payment systems have been fixed.
In addition to the new version of the Subscription Control Center, a UM utility (Dr.Web AV-Desk Subscription Control Center User Manager) is soon to be rolled out. The utility makes it possible to manage users (create new users, edit the list of existing ones) and personal accounts (payment can be made manually, which is especially necessary for cash payments or adjusting account balances), as well as to view user transactions.
Prior to updating from versions 5.x–6.x to version 6.0.3, it is not necessary to uninstall the Dr.Web AV-Desk SCC.
