Update to be released for Dr.Web vxCube sandbox

April 23, 2024

Please be aware that the cloud version of the Dr.Web vxCube sandbox will be updated shortly. Therefore, the service will be unavailable to users on April 24 from 13:00 to 14:00 MSK.

The sandbox’s documentation will be updated to make the description of how the service operates even more complete, and the error that occurred when choosing the default operating system (if the length of its name exceeded 25 characters) will be corrected.

The Dr.Web vxCube analyser examines suspicious files by studying their behaviour in an isolated virtual environment. It identifies signs of computer system infections and promptly stops attempted attacks, including targeted ones (APT).

Dr.Web vxCube analyses objects for Windows and Linux. The Dr.Web vxCube sandbox can also be used to analyse Android APK apps. The sandbox is available in two versions — the cloud version and the on-premise version.

To get trial access to the cloud-based version of Dr.Web vxCube, fill out a special application.
