Dr.Web Premium Support for Web will become available to Doctor Web's large corporate customers on the 1st of March 2011. The aim of Dr.Web Premium Support is providing urgent and highly professional technical problem-solving for companies that use Dr.Web anti-virus solutions.
Doctor Web Pacific will be rendering the emergency assistance service to customers in cooperation with LAC — the leading expert in information security in Japan. In particular, the urgent support will be provided in cases when sites of corporate users have been compromised or infected. The service will be delivered through the LAC's Cyber Emergency Centre (CEC) with the widest troubleshooting experience and sophisticated technologies at its disposal.

Now, when viruses have become very skilful in evading many well-known anti-virus, a quick analysis allowing to determine the causes and the contents of a leakage is a top-priority aspect of technical support.
