Improvements made to Dr.Web 12.0 for Windows, Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 12.0 and 13.0, and Dr.Web AV-Desk 13.0’s subscription-based Dr.Web Anti-virus
August 24, 2022
Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated Dr.Web Thunderstorm Cloud Client SDK (12.0.26.08090) in Dr.Web Security Space 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0 for Windows Servers and Dr.Web AV-Desk 13.0’s subscription-based Dr.Web Anti-virus; also updated was the Dr.Web Shellguard anti-exploit module (12.06.11.08022) in Dr.Web Security Space 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0 for Windows Servers, Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 12.0 and 13.0, and Dr.Web AV-Desk 13.0’s subscription-based Dr.Web Anti-virus.
The Dr.Web Thunderstorm Cloud Client SDK update has eliminated an issue that might cause Dr.Web Control Service to terminate abnormally during product uninstallation. The Dr.Web Shellguard anti-exploit module update, in turn, has resolved false positives that occurred when Vitacore AIS LPU Client was in operation.
The update will be performed automatically; however, a system reboot will be required.
