Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API (12.6.16.202203181) in Dr.Web Security Space 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0 for Windows Servers, Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 12.0 and 13.0, and Dr.Web AV-Desk 13.0's subscription-based Dr.Web Anti-virus. Furthermore, Dr.Web Thunderstorm Cloud Client SDK (12.0.23.03211) has been made current in Dr.Web Security Space 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0 for Windows Servers, and Dr.Web AV-Desk 13.0's subscription-based Dr.Web Anti-virus. The update delivers minor tweaks and upgrades.
Changes made to Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API:
Enhanced encryption ransomware detection;
Improved module stability;
Optimised application performance.
Changes made to Dr.Web Dr.Web Thunderstorm Cloud Client SDK:
