Doctor Web announced the release of the updated file and mail monitors, updating utility and Dr.Web SysInfo component incorporated in Dr.Web personal and server solutions of the 6.0 series for Windows. New features have been implemented in Dr.Web SysInfo and discovered errors have been fixed.

An issue that caused incorrect displaying of help information has been fixed. An issue that resulted in incompatibility of the file monitor with Acronis True Image 2009 has been resolved. The module's stability has also been improved. An error of the updating utility that might cause its abnormal termination if no connection to the Internet was established has been fixed.

The features of the information collecting utility Dr.Web Sysinfo have also been refined, in particular, routines for collecting information about operation of Dr.Web for IBM Lotus Domino have been optimized.

Dr.Web solutions 6.0 for Windows will be updated automatically. However, a system restart will be required to apply the update.
