Components updated in Dr.Web 12.0 for Windows, Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 12.0 and 13.0, and Dr.Web AV-Desk 13.0`s subscription-based Dr.Web Anti-virus software

Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API (12.6.15.202202280) and Dr.Web Firewall for Windows driver (12.05.09.02210) in Dr.Web Security Space 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0 for Windows Servers, and Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 12.0 and 13.0, and also in Dr.Web AV-Desk 13.0’s subscription-based Dr.Web Anti-virus software.The update resolves known issues and delivers minor upgrades.

Changes made to Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API:

  • An issue causing errors to occur while threats were being neutralised has been resolved.

Dr.Web Firewall for Windows driver:

  • An issue that might cause the driver to terminate abnormally has been fixed;
  • A defect involving corrupt .pcap log files has been eliminated.

The update will be downloaded and installed automatically; however, a system reboot will be required.
