Dr.Web CureIt! utility improved

The updated modules include Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API (12.6.8.202108050) and Dr.Web Protection for Windows (12.06.03.08040).
The applied changes have improved the virus detection mechanism and optimised anti-rootkit module routines.
The documentation in English has been updated too.
