Components updated in Dr.Web 12.0 for Windows and Dr.Web AV-Desk 13.0

Adjustments have been made to the script to avoid possible issues involving synchronisation failures occurring while Dr.Web AV-Desk anti-virus software was being updated on protected hosts.
The update will be performed automatically. No system reboot will be required.
