Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated Dr.Web Control Service (12.11.0.05250), Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API (12.6.6.202105261) and the configuration scripts Lua-script for device-guard, dwprot, spider-g3, traffic-hook (12.5.10.05261) in Dr.Web Security Space 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0 for Windows Servers, Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 12.0 and Dr.Web AV-Desk 13.0. Furthermore, the ES Service module (12.11.0.05282) has been updated in Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 12.0 and Dr.Web AV-Desk 13.0.The update delivers minor tweaks and upgrades.
Changes made to the Dr.Web Control Service:
Now, if the SpIDer Guard file monitor is stopped, the background anti-rootkit scan does not run either.
Changes made to Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API:
The module's routines have been optimised, and its CPU usage has decreased.
The security of the applications has been improved.
