Dr.Web CureIt! updated

The updated modules include cureit-starter (12.0.0.202006180), Dr.Web Scanning Engine (12.5.3.202005120), Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API (12.5.13.202006230) and the self-defence module Dr.Web Protection for Windows (12.05.05.06150).
The update also resolves a text encoding issue that affected the error message dialogue, informing users they lacked sufficient permissions to run the utility.
