Doctor Web presents its overview of mobile malware activity for 2019. The past 12 months revealed that cybercriminals continue targeting Android devices. Users were targeted by various trojans that downloaded various malicious and unwanted software, as well as executed arbitrary code. Spyware, backdoors, adware and fraudware (aka ‘scareware’) were present. Banking trojans also posed a serious threat.
