Notable growth in adware activity and other events of December 2019

Doctor Web presents its December 2019 overview of malware activity. The last month of the year revealed an increase in the total amount of threats by over 80% compared with November. Users continued to face adware and unwanted programs primarily. Enquiries to technical support for file decryption dropped slightly.
