Components updated in Dr.Web for Windows and Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite

June 20, 2019

Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated Dr.Web Updater (11.5.10.06130) in Dr.Web Security Space 11.5, Dr.Web Anti-virus 11.5, Dr.Web 11.5 for Windows Servers, and Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 11.0. Furthermore, Dr.Web Updater (12.0.10.06131), Dr.Web Thunderstorm Cloud Client SDK (12.0.4.05300), and Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API (12.0.6.201906130) have been updated in Dr.Web Security Space 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0, and Dr.Web 12.0 for Windows Servers. In addition, Lua-script for firewall (12.0.6.04050) has been updated in Dr.Web Security Space 12.0 and Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0. The update resolves a known issue and delivers minor upgrades.

It eliminates a Dr.Web Updater issue preventing updates from being downloaded via proxy-servers if DNS problems were occurring.

Also resolved was a Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API problem causing systems to freeze during upgrades from Windows 7 to Windows 10 if Dr.Web Security Space 12.0 was installed on the computers.

The update also delivers minor tweaks for the other components.

The update will be applied automatically. However, a system restart will be required to update Dr.Web Security Space 12.0, Dr.Web Anti-virus 12.0, and Dr.Web 12.0 for Windows Servers.
