Doctor Web released an update for Dr.Web Enterprise Suite 5.0. The update fixes an error that might occur if the administrator of an ES server changed contents of the server repository. Sometimes such actions might result in malfunctioning of anti-virus agents. To resolve the issue a script has been released. This script restores operation of agents and allows to do this if such errors occur in the future.
Changes have also been done to the agent of Dr.Web Enterprise Suite to achieve more stable operation of the anti-virus on domain controllers in a network where Active Directory is used.
Dr.Web Enterprise Suite 5.0 software will be updated automatically, however, a system restart is required to apply the update. It is also recommended to update the repository from the Dr.Web Global Updating network.
