About Trojans and malware on Google Play: November 2018 mobile virus activity review

Doctor Web presents its November 2018 overview of mobile device malware. In the last month of autumn, our malware analysts detected a banking Trojan on Google Play that was attacking the customers of European financial institutions. Fraudulent malware, as well as apps with unwanted advertising modules, were also detected. In addition, cybercriminals were engaged in spreading a downloader Trojan.
