Doctor Web is pleased to present @DrWebSupportBot—its technical support bot for Telegram. If you need help learning how to use Dr.Web applications, our bot will happily tell you how to use them, and it will also help you find answers to frequently asked questions.

The help information that can be accessed using the bot is divided into several sections.

• The Knowledge Base will help you install, register, and configure Dr.Web and give you tips about what you should do if your system gets infected.
• The Useful services section lets users scan suspicious links and files and download our utilities for PCs (e.g., Dr.Web CureIt! and the Dr.Web removal tool) as well as those for Android devices. You can also learn how to use your serial number to determine which protection components are available under your license.
• In the Feedback section you can quickly submit a support request, report a malicious site or false positive, and provide feedback about your experience with the help bot.

The bot can communicate in two languages - English and Russian. To switch between languages, use the corresponding button in the bot's menu.
