Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has released Dr.Web 11.1.0 for macOS. Changes were made to the application to make it more compatible with future versions of macOS and to fix known defects.
Specifically, the update addresses an issue causing the component drweb-ctl to terminate abnormally if the Terminal wasn't using UTF-8; also corrected was a SpIDer Gate filtering problem involving uppercase URLs in the black/white lists.
To update the anti-virus to version 11.1.0, users need to download a new distribution.
