Dr.Web LiveDisk 9.0 updated

Changes made to Dr.Web LiveDisk:
- Dr.Web LiveDisk is now using Ubuntu 16.04;
- an issue has been fixed that prevented the operating system from shutting down when users selected shutdown in the menu or used the command "poweroff";
- the UEFI mode boot has been introduced;
- an issue that could cause the system to freeze when the power was turned off has been corrected;
- support for 32-bit devices has been discontinued.
