Doctor Web presents its annual 2017 overview of malware for mobile devices. Over this past year, Android smartphone and tablet users were again under the threat of numerous malicious and unwanted programs. Among them were bankers, ransomware, spyware and miners. As the year before, Trojans that covertly downloaded software were widely distributed. In addition, new adware emerged. A considerable amount of threats was detected on Google Play.
