Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated SpIDer Agent for Windows (11.0.20.08290), the Dr.Web Updater component (11.0.28.08160), Dr.Web Control Service (11.0.20.08310 and 11.0.19.08310) and Lua scripts for dws-parental-control (11.0.6.08220) in a number of Dr.Web products. The update resolves known software issues.

Changes made to the agent for Dr.Web Security Space and Dr.Web Anti-virus:

• an issue causing certain components and the scanner to appear as disabled in the agent menu when a new key file was added after the current license expired has been eliminated.

Changes made to the updating module:

• a defect causing an update failure when the ProgramData folder could not be accessed has been resolved.

Change made to Dr.Web Control Service (11.0.20.08310) for Dr.Web Security Space, Dr.Web Anti-virus, Dr.Web for Windows Servers, and Dr.Web Control Service (11.0.19.08310) for Dr.Web AV-Desk:

• an issue that could cause deadlock when the service was terminated has been fixed.

Changes made to Dr.Web Control Service (11.0.20.08310) for Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 10.1, and Dr.Web Control Service (11.0.19.08310) for Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 10.0:

• a problem making it impossible to access removable data-storage devices after Parent/Office Control was removed has been resolved. The update will be downloaded and installed automatically.
