Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated Dr.Web Net filtering Service (11.1.12.08100), Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API (11.1.12.201708242), Dr.Web SelfPROtect (11.01.11.06270), Dr.Web Firewall for Windows (11.1.7.08211) and Dr.Web Firewall Driver (11.01.07.08230) in a number of Dr.Web products. The update delivers new features and resolves known issues.

For the Dr.Web Net filtering Service in Dr.Web Security Space, Dr.Web Anti-virus, Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite and Dr.Web AV-Desk:

• Better support of various audio and video streaming formats;
• Resolution of a compatibility issue involving the version of Skype used for Windows 10.

For the Anti-rootkit API:

• New routines for detecting and removing encryption ransomware;
• Enhanced threat detection and neutralisation routines.

For Dr.Web SelfPROtect in Dr.Web Security Space, Dr.Web Anti-virus, Dr.Web for Windows Servers, Dr.Web KATANA, Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite and Dr.Web AV-Desk:

• Resolution of a compatibility issue involving 32-bit versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox 51 and later.

For the firewall in Dr.Web Security Space, Dr.Web Anti-virus, Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite and Dr.Web AV-Desk:

• Resolution of a problem preventing Help from opening in the blocked connections window.
• Resolution of a problem impeding users from accessing Help in various languages in Firewall windows.

For the Firewall driver in Dr.Web Security Space, Dr.Web Anti-virus, Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite and Dr.Web AV-Desk:

• Resolution of an issue preventing users from accessing Yandex.Disk via Cyberduck;
• Resolution of an issue preventing Nmap from operating if the firewall was running.
