A malicious mailing, a vulnerability in Microsoft Word, and other events in April 2017

Doctor Web presents its April 2017 virus activity review. During the last month Doctor Web’s analysts registered a mass mailing of a dangerous multi-component Trojan and detected an exploit that was created by cybercriminals to take advantage of a new Microsoft Word vulnerability. Also in April, different malicious programs for Windows and Android were examined.
