Russian anti-virus company Doctor Web has updated the Dr.Web Anti-rootkit API ( module, the Dr.Web SelfPROtect ( module, Dr.Web Scanning Engine (, and Dr.Web Net Filter for Windows driver (, as well as curenet.exe ( and curesvc.exe ( which are included in Dr.Web CureNet!

Furthermore, the update addresses an issue causing the process curesvc.exe to terminate abnormally on a remote host when shutting down in the quarantine mode.
