Doctor Web updated its Dr.Web CureNet! utility designed to centrally cure local networks of viruses, even if computers are protected by anti-viruses from other vendors. The updated Dr.Web SelfPROtect module has been incorporated into the product that has also undergone changes making it more user-friendly.

A new option that comes with the update allows shutting down target workstations automatically after they have been scanned by Dr.Web CureNet! which may prove useful in cases when scanning takes a lot of time. Another added option is used to toggle displaying anti-virus scan notifications on target machines. Now the program can also update a repository over a proxy-server.

Errors found in the interface in different languages have been corrected.

In order to use improvements provided by the update users of Dr.Web CureNet! need to download the program’s distribution once again.
