Doctor Web assisted in deployment of Dr.Web AV-Desk in the Zavolga.Net network of the Russian city of Yaroslavl situated 250 kilometers north-east of Moscow. Starting in October 2008 all subscribers of Zavolga.Net will be able to sign up for the Dr.Web anti-virus service and protect their computers against malware and spam.

Today offering broadband and stable Internet connection is not enough to retain and attract customers. Most providers tend to expand their list of services striving to enhance the loyalty of existing customers and draw in new ones. As Dr.Web AV-Desk appeared on the Russian market many providers received an opportunity to deliver reliable anti-virus protection to their customers and reorganize routines of their helpdesks which had to support users on malware related issues.
